Check In / Check Out

Check-in time for arriving guests is 2:00 pm. Guests arriving earlier may pre-register and wait until a room becomes available.

Check-out time for departing guests is 11:00am. Extended check out based on current availability and demand,  however in some circumstances late check out charges apply. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by 4pm Newfoundland time on day of expected arrival or a charge for one night at the quoted rate will be processed on the credit card holding the reservation.

Quiet Time

To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all hotel guests we kindly seek your cooperation in respecting our quiet time after 10:00pm.

Smoking Policy

The Newfoundland & Labrador Tobacco Act strictly prohibits smoking in any public areas.

With the exception of a limited number of designated smoking guest rooms on ground floor, St. Jude Hotel is a non-smoking facility. If any guest or visitor smokes in a non-smoking room a $ 250.00 cleaning charge will apply.

Alcohol Consumption & Transport

The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Control Act strictly prohibits the consumption of alcohol or the transport of open containers of alcohol in any public place.
